Dr. Zeenat Meraj passed MBBS from Dhaka Medical College & Hospital (DMC) under University of Dhaka in 1982. She was awarded JICA scholarship and completed Diploma of Dermatology (DD) from Institute of Dermatology, Bangkok in 1997. She did her MCPS (Dermatology & Venerology) in 2000 and FCPS (Dermatology & Venerology) in 2005 from Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS), Dhaka. She did her FRCP from Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, Glasgow in 2013. She also has trained in Aesthetic Dermatology, Lasers & Hair Implant from Canada, Dubai, Singapore & India. She served in different Institutions at home and abroad like Chittagong Medical College & Hospital, Institute of Dermatology, Bangkok, Thailand, National University Hospital, Singapore. She also worked in BGCT Medical College, Chittagong as Professor & Head of the Department from 2009 to 2011. She is the president of ADSB (Aesthetic Dermatology Society of Bangladesh), Board Member of SAARC AAD (South Asian Association of Regional Co-operation Association of Aesthetic Dermatology), Member of European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, Member of American Academy of Dermatology, Life member of Bangladesh Dermatological Society. She attended lots of seminars and workshops at home and abroad. Before joined at United Hospital she worked in CSCR (Centre for Specialised care & Research), Chattogram as Senior Consultant in the Department of Dermatology.
