Muslim Aid in Bangladesh
Muslim Aid is a UK based Islamic Multinational Non-Governmental Organization. The international humanitarian charity has relief and development programmes in countries across Africa, Asia, and Europe. It is the second oldest Muslim aid organization in the UK and celebrated its 35th anniversary in 2020. Muslim Aid expands economic empowerment programs with Income generation and skills training projects that support people in Kenya, Bangladesh and Palestine.
Muslim Aid-UK Bangladesh Field Office is active in 1991 following a devastating cyclone in the coastal areas. It is registered with NGO Affairs Bureau of Bangladesh Government(FD-552). Muslim Aid works for the distressed and needy communities irrespective of gender, religion, ethnicity, casts, creed, etc.
