Tania, completed her Masters of Economist from the University of Dhaka. Tania, a well-seasoned professional with an illustrious track record, join the Nagorik Seba as Chief Executive Officer in 2021. She had worked as the managing Director of the Techno Birth Engineering Solutions in 2019 to 2020 which funded under her leadership,prior she joined Asian Age in 2017 taking up the role of as Economics Correspondent. Prior to joining, Ms. Tania held the position of Executive Director (Strategic Development) at Uptime Technologies Limited for two years, and Operation Manager of HSTC Limited from November 2014 till January 2016. Before HSTC Ms.Tania worked in Aim In Life, As a Business Development and Branding. She had worked as a part-time specialist contributor at Deshkal. Having more than 10 (Ten years of diverse experience in the technology sector to his credit.

She believes that success will be at home  only for sincerity and dedication.. Number of intellectual has engaged with this concern to dedication, otherwise it not to be done. She has joined various types of workshops and seminars to gather knowledge about her professions.  She has completed few diploma courses to expand her professional skills.
